In the cases described above, you may find it wise to perform a modification of joint marital property and property management in the form of a prenuptial agreement, narrowing or division of joint marital property, removal of part of the joint marital property, etc. We will be happy to recommend the best option to meet your needs. The "Modification" package includes:

1. Consultation on the form and anticipated effects of modifying your joint marital property arrangements;
2. Drafting a basic modification document tailored to your specific situation and needs;
3. Making the related arrangements for notarial services. Please note that to take legal effect, this document requires the agreement and certified signatures of both current/future spouses.

We reserve the right to change the price for this service based on the scope of the property and relationships affected in the modification.
